Please contact us if you require immediate delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
It typically takes us 3-5 working days to make your piece and fulfil your order.
Bespoke orders take 5-8 weeks to prepare.

Free Delivery on orders over £150. Customs duties and VAT may be payable upon delivery.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, with international delivery starting from just £13.50. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.
For faster service, we also offer FedEx international delivery at checkout.

Chalk cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred when importing items into your country.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
For standard UK delivery, we aim to deliver your order within 6 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected date, please contact us at info@thechalkhouse.com — we’ll be happy to assist.
For international delivery, shipping times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (Europe) or 25 business days (rest of the world) after the expected delivery date, please get in touch at info@thechalkhouse.com.
CAN I REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING
All jewellery is packaged in our signature Chalk jewellery boxes, designed to be gift-ready. For an extra special touch, gift wrapping is also available and can be added at checkout.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and earring components are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
At Chalk we want you to love and be happy with your purchase. However if your order is not to your satisfaction we shall be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged and in original packaging.
- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service.
- Chalk does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Refunds will only be made to the account used to purchase the goods with.
- Paypal / card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- No returns will be accepted on sale or promotional merchandise.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service when returning your item to ensure it arrives safely. Please keep hold of your tracking number for reference.
For international returns, please clearly mark any customs forms as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid unnecessary customs fees. If customs charges are incurred due to incorrect labeling, these will be deducted from your refund and may cause delays.
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or we’ll be in touch to arrange your exchange.
EXCHANGE
We will gladly accept any exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, please email info@thechalkhouse.com — we’ll be happy to help.
Including a photo of the issue is appreciated, as it helps us understand what’s happened and resolve it quickly.
REPAIRS
we offer a repairs service for Chalk Jewellery pieces only. If you’d like to request a repair, please email info@thechalkhouse.com along with a photo of the item, and we’ll advise on the next steps.
Please note, a repair fee may apply depending on how long you have had your piece. Once confirmed, repairs typically take around 1-2 weeks from the date your piece arrives with us.
We kindly ask that you do not attempt repairs at home, as this may prevent us from being able to repair the item in the future.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOUR STUDIO
If your order is returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected or redelivery wasn’t arranged, we’ll be happy to resend it once it arrives back with us.
To arrange redelivery, please email info@thechalkhouse.com — a new postage fee will apply.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, we’ll issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost once the parcel has been returned to us.
Please note: Return-to-sender parcels are not sent via priority mail and may take up to 8 weeks to arrive back with us.
