Shipping times are estimates following the dispatch date and are based on working/business working days

Fulfilment of orders is dependent on stock availability at the time. If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you by email within 24 hours of your order being placed. We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods and other busy times where order dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
All parcels will need to be ‘signed for’ on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.
All non EU orders are exclusive of VAT, which is automatically deducted at checkout. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Chalk shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.
